Cirque Peak - Banff

Alpine meadow and glacial morianes.
hadn't seen this before in the Rockies...

Cirque Peak. You can see the trail to the right of the rocky area on the left side of the mountain.
Steep and deep (sand).
Near the top, with threatening clouds in the background (later proving to be possibly life-threatening... but I'll tell you about that some other time).
Cliff side with a view.

Temple Mountain in Banff

at 3500 meters, Temple Mountain is the tallest mountain in this range.
